Shipping Options: We are proud to be able to ship socks world wide. Locally (in Australia) our shipping options include regular post, express post and courier services. The most common are Regular or Express post however courier is available on request.
Cost of Shipping:We only charge you what we are charged for posting products out and if our website ever charges you any extra we will refund you the extra amount. Shipping starts as low as $7.00 with orders shipped via regular post for free when you spend over $250.0.
Duration of Shipping: Regular Post usually takes between 3-10 days, 3 days for metro areas and up to 10 days for rural areas. Express post is usually delivered within 1-3 days, 1 day for metro areas and 3 days for rural.
Handling Time: We ship all orders same day as payment for orders that are placed before 2pm. However, we are usually packing orders right up until 4pm so most orders, even those placed after 2pm will leave same day if ordered before 4pm. At the time of packing you will also get an email with the tracking for your parcel so you can watch for it's transit from us to you.
Restrictions: None for the most-part. Some couriers won't deliver to PO BOXES so we will send these via Australia Post (regular or express).
Recommendations: PO BOXES or business addresses can be the safest option for parcel delivery (especially large ones) as there is typically always someone there to collect them. However, given that sock parcels aren't large they will usually fit neatly in your letter box or alternatively post delivery drivers will leave a card and drop your parcel to the closest post office.
