What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Australia post for the majority of our orders. For larger team orders we may use other couriers such as TNT, Fastways or StarTrack but will advise you of this and will request a business address or make arrangements in this case.

How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders placed before 1pm on business days out same day as payment so that you receive them as fast as possible. However in cases that we are unusually busy your order may be sent the next business day. 
Orders sent via regular Regular post will usually arrive within 2-7 days (10-14 days for rural addresses) and for Express post most orders are delivered within 1-3 days (3-7 for rural addresses)

How much is delivery?
We only charge you what we are charged for posting products out and if our website ever charges you any extra we will refund you the extra amount. Shipping starts as low as $7.00 with orders shipped via regular post for free when you spend over $250.00. 

Postage price is determined by weight and location. 

Can I track my item?
Yes, upon packing your order we will send you a tracking number where you can track your orders transit and arrival. In the event that we are unusually busy our aim is to get your order out in our quick time frame but the email with your tracking may be delayed. This occurrence is rare though.

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
Once we finish packing your order we will send you an email informing you of the fulfilment of your order along with notification of your tracking number.

What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
If your order is a small parcel most delivery persons will leave your parcel in your letterbox. However for larger parcels you can leave us a note upon checkout stating a safe place for the postman to leave it, this does not guarantee that they will leave it there. In most cases if you are not available to receive your parcel the postman will leave a note and take your parcel to the nearest post office. 

Can I change the delivery address?
Before dispatch yes you may, we can usually adjust this with no issues. However once your order leaves we cannot change the original address.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes, we recommend them.

Do you deliver to my country?
We will happily post orders internationally. Please contact us for specific international order related questions.

Do I have to pay Customs & import charges if I live outside of Australia?
Some countries will require that you pay customs and import charges however this is dependant on which country you are in.

The customs department of my country have asked me for further information. What do I do?
Please contact us and we can provide you or the customs department with the information that they need. We ask that you find out what specifics that they need as to avoid having to go back and forth with questions which will delay the arrival of your order. 


Is it safe to order online?
Yes, we offer a number of payment methods all of which we assure you are secure. We do not share any of your personal details and we do not see your bank or card details upon receiving your payments.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex

What currencies can I use?
Via paypal you can use any currency to pay for your order

Do you accept gift vouchers?
Yes, vouchers purchased through our store or site can be used.

Can I use a different payment method?
We have a few payment methods available for you to use upon check out. They include Paypal, Credit Card, Direct Deposit or you can request a quote. However if you are picking up your order in store you are welcome to pay for your order with cash or card in store upon pick up.

When will my card be charged for my order?
Your card will be charged immediately after you confirm your order.
